Soft skills are general skills that most employers look for when hiring employees and are needed for most jobs. While, in today’s business environment, it is crucial for employees to have hard skills, soft skills are becoming more and more recognized, as they were too often undervalued.

While hard skills are skills needed to do a specific job, generally gained through work, university and further training, soft skills are more likely to be the kind of skills you develop throughout life like:

►How you communicate with others

►How you make decisions

►How much you are self aware and set goals for personal development
